From her father, she inherited not only a passion for innovation but also a remarkable talent for craftsmanship and artistic design, qualities that continue to define every product the company creates.
Her deep involvement in the creative and technical aspects of the business has shaped the company’s signature style: original designs, refined finishes, and handcrafted excellence that can only be achieved through true artisan work.
Determined to expand the company’s global reach, Erika took charge of the American market, personally overseeing the development of Show Games USA in Florida. During this time, she obtained critical international certifications that positioned Show Games as one of the few European manufacturers fully compliant with U.S. safety and construction standards, a significant milestone in a market where rodeo culture is both tradition and lifestyle.
In 2025, Erika’s leadership and dedication to excellence were officially recognized when she was appointed as the National Representative of the Italian Group of Attraction Manufacturers, under the prestigious Confartigianato organization—solidifying her role as a key voice for the industry in Italy and beyond.
Today, Erika leads Show Games with a bold vision: to merge technological evolution with Italian craftsmanship, delivering mechanical attractions that are as innovative as they are reliable. Her leadership has earned the company numerous awards and recognitions (see more here), and her determination and client-first approach have made her not only a businesswoman but a trusted partner to clients around the world.
