Erika joined her father in the family business at a very young age, beginning her journey at just 13 years old.
In 2008, during the global financial crisis, she played a key role in helping the company survive and move forward, working closely with her father to protect and stabilize the business during one of its most challenging periods.
In 2014, Erika opened the doors of Show Games to the U.S. market, marking a major turning point in the company’s international expansion. Show Games became one of the very few European manufacturers fully compliant with U.S. safety and construction standards — a significant milestone in a market where rodeo culture is both tradition and lifestyle.
In 2015, she led a decisive transformation, evolving Show Games from a standard manufacturing company into a luxury artisan brand, redefining quality, design, and attention to detail within the mechanical ride industry.
In 2018, Erika was directly involved in the development of two revolutionary software upgrades applied across all Show Games products.
The first was MitWaiver, a certified digital system designed to collect user data, provide clear usage instructions, manage liability waivers, and enable service operation without the need for on-site staff.
The second innovation was Remote Assistance 5.0, an advanced post-sale support system that allows real-time remote diagnostics, machine control, and preventive issue detection worldwide — ensuring fast, reliable, and continuous technical assistance at the highest service standards.
In 2019, Erika once again helped guide the company through a second major market crisis, reinforcing its operational stability and long-term vision.
In 2020, she officially acquired the company from her father, fully redefining its strategic direction and positioning Show Games as the undisputed No.1 leader in the worldwide market.
Today, Erika is personally involved in the design, development, and global adaptation of professional mechanical bull rides and custom amusement attractions. Her unique combination of creative vision and engineering insight has been instrumental in establishing Show Games as one of the very few manufacturers fully certified for safety and compliance in both the U.S. and international markets — a remarkable achievement in an industry where tradition, performance, and reliability are essential.
